Board Member Candidate Qualifications / Requirements

Patient Representation:
Patient members must be current TSCHC patients to represent the patient community. -
Community Representation:
Community members should reside within the clinic service area and represent the interests of the local community. -
Non-Patient Expertise:
Non-patient members are selected based on their professional expertise and contribution to the board. -
Family Restrictions:
Board members may not have immediate family members (by blood, marriage, or adoption) who are employees of TSCHC. -
Employment Restriction:
Current employees of TSCHC are not eligible to serve on the board.
