Payment Policy
Tri-State Community Healthcare Center (TSCHC) will bill your insurance provider for professional service fees provided during your visit. It is our policy to collect all co-pays, deductibles, and fees not covered by your insurance at the time of the visit. TSCHC is committed to providing affordable access to both primary and specialty care. We accept most private insurances, as well as Medicare, Medi-Cal, and IEHP. A Sliding Fee Schedule is available to individuals with limited or no income, ensuring that everyone can receive care at a nominal cost.
We accept Cash, MasterCard, and Visa as forms of payment. Because of our commitment to providing health care for our community, a sliding fee scale is available to those who do not qualify for any program and do not have private insurance.
