Tri-State Community Healthcare Center (TSCHC) will bill your insurance provider for Professional Service Fees provided during your visit. It is our policy to collect all co-pays, deductibles, and fees not covered by your insurance at the time of the visit. TSCHC provides affordable access to primary and specialty care. Most private insurances, Medicare and Medi-Cal/ IEHP are accepted. A Sliding Fee Schedule is available to those with fixed or no income so that anyone may be seen for a nominal cost. 

We accept Cash, MasterCard, and Visa as forms of payment. Because of our commitment to providing health care for our community, a sliding fee scale is available to those who do not qualify for any program and do not have private insurance.
