Our team provides immunizations, also known as vaccinations, to children and adults within the community. Immunizations help protect and lessen the chances of you or your child getting or spreading diseases.

PODIATRY

Our dedicated team of board certified podiatrists can diagnose and provide treatment for lower leg, ankle, and foot problems that can result in chronic or acute pain and restrict mobility. A referral to podiatry may be required.

NUTRITION

TSCHC offers nutrition services to persons in need of diet therapy and physical fitness education. TSCHC offers free individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy sessions and Diabetes Self-Management Education webinars

DENTAL

Our dedicated team of board certified dentists and dental providers care for children and adults, working to ensure their dental care and dental emergencies are satisfied.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Our dedicated team of clinical professionals offers counseling services to patients experiencing emotional difficulties, depression, anxiety, relationship and family concerns, school behavior problems, etc.

PHARMACY

Get your medications refilled during your visit. At Tri-State Community Healthcare Center patients may qualify for low-cost or no-cost medications prescribed by our licensed clinicians.

MOBILE CLINIC

TSCHC's outreach program is designed to help reach underserved populations and enhance access to quality medical services in rural areas

ULTRASOUND

Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound Services are currently available at our Needles, Adelanto, Hemet and Los Angeles health centers.
